A lady who had worked in a handicraft shop for decades said she had made her own new car out of old lady parts.

The car was built to take the weight of a six-year-old girl and was based on a 1970 Jaguar, according to reports in The Times of India and the Indian Express.

The new car was called ‘Auji’ and was the work of a friend, Ramesh Sharma, and a contractor.

“She had to go to the shop for a couple of days and get her parts for the car,” Mr Sharma told the Times of Indian.

“When I arrived, I saw a young girl lying on the floor in a pile of parts.

“After a few days, I went back to work and started building it. “

I said, ‘Let’s make her an automobile,'” he said.

“After a few days, I went back to work and started building it.

The girl is now a four-year old and she loves it.”
